Frequently asked questions

Why per site and not per user?
Charging per operator penalizes plants with more shifts and more cleaning staff, exactly the ones that need traceability the most. Per-site aligns price with the operational unit the auditor evaluates.
What counts as a site?
A plant or facility with its own IFS certificate. If your group operates three plants, that is three sites.
What does onboarding include?
Configuration of your IFS methodology, route-template setup, on-floor team training, and first-audit support. It is a one-time €1,999 fee per customer (first site), waived with annual prepay. Two weeks on the calendar.
Do you handle IFS auditor evidence requests?
The exportable pack covers the clauses auditors typically request. If the auditor asks for something non-standard, we assist during the audit at no additional cost in the first year.
Where is data hosted?
In the European Union, under GDPR and LOPDGDD. No subprocessors outside the EU.
What is the contract term?
Monthly or annual, your choice. The annual term includes a prepay of 10 months for 12 of use. No multi-year commitments.
Can I trial the system before contracting?
Yes. Request a 15-minute video demo with real plant data. No commitment.
How do I migrate from paper or from a current system?
Onboarding includes initial migration of your evidence flow. If you use a competitor, we export your history into the IFS format without losing traceability.
What counts as a route, and what happens if I pause one?
You are billed on the configured routes at each site. Pausing or stopping a route's materialization does not change the price; you only move to a lower band if you permanently delete routes and fall below the threshold.
What does each plan include and how is it billed?
Essential covers 1 to 10 routes per site (€149/mo) and Operations 11 to 20 (€199/mo), both per site and +21% VAT. From 5 sites or 21 routes per site, the plan is custom Enterprise. Implementation is a one-time €1,999 fee per customer (first site), waived with annual prepay.
