This policy explains how we handle the personal data you provide through this website's contact form, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
Data controller

Data we process
We process only the data you enter in the contact form: name, email address, company (optional), the content of your message and the selected enquiry type. We do not request a phone number or any special-category data.
Purpose and legal basis
We process your data solely to handle and respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in managing the commercial requests you send us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use your data for advertising and do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
Processors and data residency
To provide the service we rely on two processors, both processing data within the European Union: • Resend — delivery of confirmation and internal notification emails (EU region). • Cloudflare — site hosting, anti-spam verification (Turnstile) and rate limiting (KV storage), processed in the EU. Data is hosted and processed within the European Union. No international transfers outside the European Economic Area take place.
Retention period
We keep your enquiry data for 24 months from the last contact, unless you request earlier deletion or a legal obligation requires a different period. After that period, the data is deleted.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability (Articles 15 to 22 GDPR) at any time by writing to admin@higieq.com and stating the right you wish to exercise. If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es.
Automated decisions
We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling based on your data.
